||Are you interested in starting a commercial food business based on your favorite food recipe, or as a value-added agriculture product? Perhaps you would like to go beyond the limits of making your food product in your home and become licensed. This session will focus on food processing, licensing and other legal requirements, marketing business planning and related topics. The class will be taught by MSU Product Center Innovation Counselor, Diane Longanbach.
