About the Scholarship
Established in 2016, the Howard and Gladys Poindexter Scholarship Fund supports both current and past graduates of Breckenridge High School. Mr. and Mrs. Poindexter both graduated from Breckenridge High School and they wish to support other Breckenridge students for generations to come.
Number of Awards and Value
Up to three, for as much as $1,000 each.
Requirements
- Must be a current or previous graduate of Breckenridge High School pursuing post-secondary education
- Must reside in Gratiot County or the Breckenridge School District

Must demonstrate a desire to achieve educational and career goals
- Preference given to students entering a certified skilled trades program, pursuing a degree in the healthcare and medical profession, or pursuing a degree in agriculture or agriculture-related fields.
